Hogarth's stair and the Great Hall, open free for Open House London.
HistoryArt & designFree
At St Bartholomew's Hospital Museum.
Barts throws the restored North Wing open for Open House London and Heritage Open Days: the Great Hall James Gibbs designed in the 1730s, the staircase Hogarth painted without a fee to keep the commission out of Venetian hands, and the story of the rescue that finished in 2025. Information paddles and audio guides are out on the day. Nothing to book, though the building is small enough that they may hold people at the door when it fills.
