At Abney Park.
Abney Park was made a local nature reserve in 1993, and is now a central London woodland as much as a burial ground: fungi on fallen timber, invertebrates in the deadwood, and the remains of an arboretum planted when it opened in 1840. The trust walks the site and explains what is there, how it holds together and where it is fragile. 11:00 to 12:30, on 20 September and 4 October.
