Nathaniel Mortley cooked for an audience of thousands on Instagram before he cooked for a dining room, and this is the room. Every main arrives with rice and peas or jollof, the plantain is caramelised and ordered separately, and the rum punch is the house drink. The sticky toffee pudding is his own version, not the English one.
