Dayashankar Sharma cooks with his son Anmol in a suburban room of dark wood and chandeliers, and the service carries a formality the street outside does not. Start with the poppadoms and chutneys, which are made here and not bought in, then a gosht dum biryani or murgh makhani. At weekend lunch a Royal Thali covers much of the menu for very little.
