Classical French cooking on a short menu, in one room of British Racing Green and polished wood with the kitchen half-open at one end. It comes from the same people as Portland and Clipstone, a few streets away. The puddings are the classical ones - a Paris-Brest, a greengage Tatin - and there is a separate cellar list beside the wine list.
