Khinkali are Georgian dumplings gathered into a knot at the top, which is the handle you hold while you eat the rest of it; Kinkally fills them with langoustine, mushroom or Wagyu. Beyond them the menu is Georgian proper - chakhokhbili, a stew, and mtsvadi, the skewers. The basement bar is called Kinky and plays techno.
