A Mayfair room that serves beef and very little else.
Michelin GuideJapaneseFancy
Every cut is Tajima Wagyu, grilled over binchotan, the Japanese white charcoal that burns hot and almost without smoke, and seasoned with salt and pepper and nothing more. The room is furnished like a private sitting room. It is an expensive way to eat one thing, and nothing else is offered.
