The menu runs to a handful of dishes and every one of them is doing something: cod in pandesal, the Filipino milk bread; scallops cooked Bicol Express, a chilli and coconut stew out of the south; seafood calderata. The pudding is a frozen custard profiterole under a caramel made with fish sauce.
