Dorset Street is residential rather than commercial, and the room is scaled for the street rather than for Marylebone High Street round the corner. The kitchen rewrites the set menu every season: crisp polenta with creamed cod, calf's liver, Cornish Yarg with apple and pear chutney. Three courses run twenty-five to twenty-nine pounds.
