Mayha was a Beirut restaurant before it was a London one. The room is built around a curved wooden counter under lights made to look like branches, and the omakase turns hard with the season, with a shorter version on weekdays. Nigiri is the bulk of it, and the serving is done with a certain amount of ceremony.
