Canton Blue runs in Peninsula hotels around the world, and the London one has its own entrance at the side so you need not cross the lobby. The menu is long and Cantonese, from finely worked dim sum to Peking duck for two, and the list carries Chinese rice wines by the glass, which is rare. The cocktail bar attached is called Little Blue.
