Puck built his name in Los Angeles and this is the one room he keeps in London, inside a small hotel on Park Lane. The menu is arranged around steak, cut by cut and sourced from several countries, in a sleek room hung with contemporary art. Sushi Kanesaka is upstairs in the same building.
