Broadwick Soho is the hotel and Dear Jackie is its restaurant, one floor down with no daylight to speak of, which it answers with silk on the walls, painted plates and Murano glass. The cooking is Italian and led by whatever is good that week - a scallop under champagne sauce with trout roe. It is a small room and makes a virtue of it.
