Decimo is the tenth floor of the Standard and the windows face the clock tower across the road. The room is full of cacti and there is usually somebody playing records. The menu puts Spain and Mexico together and expects you to share - tuna tostada, hamachi aguachile, an Iberico pork chop - and runs on into sobremesa, the Spanish word for staying at the table long after the food has gone.
