You come in past a large cocktail bar and go down to the restaurant, where you can sit at a sushi counter, at a teppanyaki grill or at a table like anybody else. The carte is very long, sashimi through tempura, and the set menus are the way through it. Add the nasu dengaku, aubergine glazed with sweet miso. The sake list is unusually deep.
