Spasia Dinkovski ran a one-woman business called Mystic Burek until it closed in 2024. DOMA is what came back, this time as a family one, in a shop on Dartmouth Road; doma is Macedonian for at home. Almost everything is made here - the cheeses and cream, the sausages, the preserves, the small grilled rolls of minced meat - and the flatbread comes from a Bosnian baker. Beyond that it is grilled meat, stews, filo pies and substantial puddings. There are counter seats and a bench outside. Dinkovski's cookbook of the same name, on the cooking of the Balkan diaspora, came out in 2024.
