Luso is the Latin root behind the word Portuguese, and the kitchen keeps to it: Iberico suckling pig, and clams done bulhao pato, in garlic, coriander and white wine. The pudding to have is toucinho do ceu, which translates as bacon from heaven and is in fact an almond tart. There is a chef's selection if the menu defeats you.
