Robatayaki means cooking over charcoal on an open grill, and Roka puts one in the middle of the room so that everything is finished in front of you. This is the Charlotte Street room, in what used to be the media district: teishoku sets at lunch, a DJ on Saturday nights, and the Shochu Lounge downstairs for the other half of the evening.
