The owners closed three places in Peckham in 2025 and put everything into a single room in Marylebone, which is dearer and more ambitious than what it replaced. Braai, the South African barbecue, is the centre of the menu: poussin, a pork chop, and fingerling potatoes cooked in beef fat. Start with the breads and cultured butter, and sit facing the kitchen.
