Pravaas means journey and the menu takes one, across India and with Dandekar's own hand on every dish. The staples are there in improved form, a butter chicken among them, but the interesting end is elsewhere: a lamb galouti kebab, a Mangalorean chicken. The room is plain on purpose, so that nothing competes with the plate.
