Brown cooked here before Cornerstone in Hackney and came back in 2025 to the same dining room, which is small, immaculate and formal. It is seafood almost throughout - turbot laid out with courgettes, cuttlefish cut and dressed as cacio e pepe - and the plates are composed to be looked at before they are eaten.
