Guided Tours

Guided tours worth booking: walks led by people who know the streets, and the bus, river and cycling tours that earn their fare. Each is drawn on the map as the ground it covers, from where it meets.

Every Sunday, 10:15Walking

This is the other half of the Jewish London story: not the City institutions but the streets where refugees from the Russian Empire arrived with nothing, the sweatshops, the synagogues, the soup kitchen, the anarchist clubs and the bakeries. Much of it has been replaced twice over since, and the walk is largely about reading what is left.
