The Cabinet of Dr Caligari with live score

The 1920 film that invented the horror set, played live in a hall of the same vintage.

At Wilton's Music Hall.

Robert Wiene's Caligari is where German expressionist cinema starts: painted shadows, crooked walls, and a twist ending that studios copied for decades. Tom Marlow of the Lucky Dog Picturehouse has written a new piano score and plays it live, in a music hall built sixty years before the film. 19:00. £15 to £20, with concessions available.
