Lyaness is on the river side of Sea Containers, and its windows and terrace give you the water close up: the Oxo Tower one way, Blackfriars Bridge and the City the other, and the boats going between. It is the opposite trade to a high floor - you lose the sweep and get the river's own scale instead, at the price of a very good drink.
