Level 10 is the top floor of Tate Modern's brick extension, reached by lift from levels 0 to 4, and it costs nothing to go up. The windows face north over the Millennium Bridge to St Paul's, east down the river to the City and the Shard, and west past Blackfriars. It is run as a café rather than a viewing gallery, which is why it is not signposted as one. Open 10:00-17:00 Sunday to Thursday and 10:00-21:00 on Friday and Saturday.
