The summit has a stone kerb around it carrying a line of Blake's about conversing with the spiritual sun, and the city arranged in front of it from the BT Tower on the right to Canary Wharf on the left, St Paul's in the middle and the Shard behind. The sightline to the dome is protected, so the centre of that picture cannot be built out. Regent's Park is at the foot of the slope, and the city is near enough from here that the towers stand up rather than sitting flat on the horizon.
