Bar Cicoria is on the Royal Opera House's roof and you need no ticket for anything to go up - walk-ins only, no booking. The terrace looks down on the Piazza and the market building with the West End rooftops behind them, which is a view of Covent Garden almost nobody has seen, because the way to it is through an opera house. Open 12:00-23:00 Monday to Saturday and 12:00-19:00 on Sunday.
