A film from the main programme and then a conversation about it, for anybody over sixty or inclined that way.
Talk
In The Lexi Cinema.
The Lexi puts on a screening from whatever is currently showing and stays behind afterwards: somebody from the cinema leads an informal discussion, and the group talks about the film. It is aimed at people over sixty and the cinema's own wording is that an old soul of any age is welcome.
The Lexi is a social enterprise run largely by volunteers, and what it makes goes to a project in South Africa, which is the sort of thing that only works because people keep turning up to things like this.
