Ceremonial-grade cacao is shared round the group, followed by guided meditation, breathwork and reflective exercises, and then a sound bath built from crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments. Mats, cushions, blankets and eye masks are laid out, so nothing needs bringing. The room is the Great Hall, which is a strange and rather good place to lie down in.
