Ideal for a sunny day. And for a cold rainy day: "There's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing".
A boating lake, a Peace Pagoda and a riverside promenade facing Chelsea.
Parks & commonsFree
Laid out in 1858 on reclaimed marsh, and denser than most London parks: a boating lake with herons, a sub-tropical garden that has been planted since the 1860s, a small children's zoo, and the London Peace Pagoda standing on the river wall. The promenade along the Thames faces Chelsea and is flat the whole way.
