At Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park.

Clifford is a Fellow of the Linnean Society, a member of the British Mycological Society and a former mycological consultant to the Horniman Museum, and has led more than two hundred forays. The day covers the nutritional groups, basidiomycetes and ascomycetes, the features that identify a gilled fungus — gills, cap, ring, stem, volva — how to take a spore print and how to work a simple key, then goes out into the park to use them. 09:30 to 16:30, on 20 September and 4 October. £50.
