The banking hall has kept its ceiling and gained a cocktail bar and an open kitchen along one side. Aki started in Malta, and the London room does sashimi, maki and nigiri beside a robata grill where the black cod is caramelised. There are Wagyu cuts for anyone marking an occasion, and a cheaper Business Lunch midweek.
