BritishCheap and cheerful
Bill Collison opened a greengrocer's in Lewes in 2001 and added a cafe to it after a flood, and the pairing grew into a chain of dining rooms across Britain. The kitchen runs from breakfast to dinner without shutting in between, so the menu carries pancakes and eggs at one end and burgers, salads and roasts at the other. There is a set menu as well as the carte.
