Burro is Italian for butter and the kitchen uses it accordingly, not least on the vitello, which comes out crisp. Conor Gadd cooked at Trullo before opening this, in a courtyard set back from the Covent Garden crowds, with a terrace and a high ceiling. Fried artichoke with bottarga to start, duck and porcini ragu with fettuccine, tiramisu doughnuts at the end.
