Claude and Lucy Bosi opened this on a Fulham Road corner as a bouchon - the small, plain restaurants of Lyon, where Bosi is from, that serve offal, pike quenelles and pork in quantity. It is the deliberate counterweight to the rest of his cooking, and priced like one.
