The Queen was born in a townhouse that stood here, and Lilibet was what her family called her. Russell Sage did the room in full Edwardian dress. The cooking is seafood and goes both ways at once - oysters and caviar on one hand, hake head and garfish on the other - and the fish triptych serves a single fish three ways, raw, grilled and as soup.
