Yannick Alleno's first London room, at the Four Seasons, with a counter round the kitchen.
One Michelin starThree AA rosettesFrenchFancy
Alleno is among the more decorated French chefs working, and this is his first restaurant in Britain. The base is classical French and the influences are not - Italy, North Africa, Japan - while Benjamin Ferra Y Castell runs the kitchen day to day. A counter wraps the open kitchen for anyone who would sooner watch than sit out in the room.
