Kaiseki is the Japanese tasting tradition that follows the season instead of a fixed menu, and Roketsu cooks it properly: a seasonal special alongside a carte, and a sake list given as much room as the wine. It is a small room off Marylebone, and it serves both lunch and dinner every day of the week.
