The Wolseley is the room most of the others in its class have been measured against: a former car showroom turned into a European grand cafe, full at every hour of the day, with service that keeps the whole thing moving. The menu is long, the seafood end of it is the serious part - clams, oysters, crevettes, caviar - and the puddings run to apple strudel and coupes.
