The Willetts built the townhouse in 1887 and the restaurant carries their name. What it flies hardest is British: the ingredients, the recipes, and even the wine. Crumpets with things on them to start, then lamb faggots or day-boat fish, and puddings out of the nursery - Eton mess, jam roly-poly, and a sherry trifle from the chef's grandmother.
