The City at night is nearly deserted, and the lanes between the rebuilt offices follow a street plan older than almost anything standing on it. The walk uses that for a night of ghost stories rooted in specific places - who died where and what has been reported since - which is a better structure for the genre than a list of hauntings, because you are standing in each one.
