The Gallery is the room that made Sketch the most photographed dining room in London: walls in a particular shade of pink, velvet banquettes, and two hundred and thirty-nine drawings by David Shrigley hung frame to frame from floor to ceiling. The crockery is his as well, so the cup you drink from has a Shrigley line on it.
The tea is properly done underneath the decor - sandwiches, scones, patisserie - but nobody comes only for that. The lavatories are in egg-shaped pods up the stairs and are their own attraction.
This is a Georgian townhouse on Conduit Street with four different rooms in it; the Gallery is the one that does tea.
