Farmers' Markets

Where the person behind the stall grew it. London's farmers' markets, most of them one morning a week: raw milk and day-boat fish, biodynamic vegetables and rare-breed meat, and two midweek markets that are really about lunch.

Queens Park Farmers' Market

Voted the best farmers' market in the country, with more than fifty stalls in a school playground.

SundayDay-boat fishOrganic & biodynamic

Twenty years of the same principle - we grow it, we sell it - and more than fifty stalls, which makes this the largest of the London markets and the one that has been voted best in the UK. Rare-breed meats, heritage tomato varieties, fish direct from small boats, raw-milk cheeses and seasonal specials.

It has become an actual weekly service for the area rather than an outing, which is the distinction the market itself draws, and it kept going through the pandemic on that basis.
