The name is what the owner and his sister used to say to one another before doing something they should not, and the restaurant carries her name in its tagline. It bakes through the day and cooks in the evening: truffle and cheddar beignets to start, a wing rib of beef under bone marrow butter for the table, and madeleines straight out of the oven at the end.
