An orrery is a clockwork model of the solar system, which is what caught Terence Conran's eye when he opened this in 1997; the long room plays on light and reflection accordingly. Pierre Minotti took the kitchen over in 2026 and works from Escoffier's principles against the British seasons. There is a roof terrace above and an epicerie attached.
