You walk through the Thames Foyer to reach it, and the tables worth asking for look out at Victoria Embankment Gardens and the water beyond them. The menu is seafood in every register: caviar and oysters at the central raw bar, a sole meuniere for the traditionalists, a smoked haddock and mussel chowder for a cold night.
