The sound system that has been running these rooms for seven years, in roots, dub and reggae until three.
Electronic
At EartH.
Aba Shanti-I has been a fixture of British sound system culture since the 1990s, in the Jah Shaka lineage: heavy dub plates, a rig built to be felt as much as heard, and a set that is played rather than mixed, with the operator talking over it. This is his seventh year of sessions at EartH and it is billed as the end-of-summer one, the weekend after Carnival. Roots, dub and reggae in EartH Hall.
