Leon Bosch directs the Hanover Band, who have played on gut strings and natural brass since 1980, with David Blackadder in the Haydn Trumpet Concerto - written in 1796 for a friend who had just invented a trumpet with keys, which is why it has tunes the old instrument physically could not play. Beethoven's Coriolan overture and a Mozart symphony first, Schubert's Ninth after. 19:30, about two hours, £18 to £58.
