Hermeto Pascoal made music out of anything that would make a noise - kettles, pigs, a pond - and wrote some of the most demanding and most joyful Brazilian music of the last sixty years. The Mothership is formed from his closest collaborators, carrying the catalogue forward: hypnotic rhythm, free improvisation, and textures that do not belong to any tradition in particular. D.Vyzor supports.
