JazzFolk & world

At Barbican Centre.

Darwish asked where the birds should fly after the last sky, and Anouar Brahem's answer is chamber music for oud, cello, piano and bass. He has always worked outward from the Arab modes rather than inside them, and this is the quietest and most direct he has been since Blue Maqams. 19:30. £36.50 to £46.50, fees included. Part of the EFG London Jazz Festival.
